GRIPE OF THE DAY
Did you know…
The success or failure of any marriage hinges on the mastery of just 2 skills.
Keep reading if you’re curious about these skills and how to develop them.

WHY YOU SHOULD CARE
Marriage compared to “the dating life” is very different.
The skills I’m about to share will aid you when creating the marriage of your dreams.
One that is filled with consistent happy moments, peace, love, understanding, intimacy and growth.
However…
If you don't learn and practice these skills, you're setting yourself up for a tough life filled with sadness, fights, and problems in your marriage and life.

STICKY ISSUES
Imagine this…
You’re in a marriage where every day feels like a battlefield filled with constant arguments, and cold silences. The distance between you and your romantic partner grows wider by the minute.
This is not the life you envisioned when you said, “I do.” You want to bring back the peace, love and intimacy, but something’s holding you back. You can’t quite put your finger on it.
But you know that there’s an obstacle in your path. This obstacle prevents you from creating the marriage you dreamt of having.
There’s a way to break through this stubborn and unknown barrier.
But to do so you need to master two essential skills people often overlook.

THE BREAKDOWN
The two skill categories you need to master are; hard and soft skills.
Hard skills are practical, everyday abilities that keep your marriage running smoothly. These include; the ability to earn income and manage it effectively, parenting skills, decision-making ability, leadership skills (a man’s ability to set the vision for his family, and a couple’s ability to effectively lead their children) and last but not least…home maintenance.
Soft skills: These skills, on the other hand, focus on your relational abilities, which are crucial for emotional and intimate connection. These include; the ability to effectively meet each other's emotional needs, your ability to communicate effectively in a loving, non-judgemental and non-confrontational way and your ability to keep the spark alive in your marriage through consistent thoughtful romantic gestures.

YOUR PLAYBOOK
Set Goals: Pick the skills you want to master and set a realistic achievement plan.
Practice Together: Regularly work on these skills as a team.
Seek Support And Celebrate: Ask for advice from each other and certified experts when needed, and celebrate your progress along the way.
If you're feeling unsure about how to start or need help effectively implementing what the playbook covers, you're going to love what comes next.
